Catalyst Magazine Article
Review by Dorian Dawes - October 2011

What you see before you is a collection of visual and musical hauntings generated by one gal with two hands, a box full of production hats, and the kind help of cast, crew, and volunteers. This accumulated body of work is a playground for conceptual ideas intended for larger works in the making—visual ideas for bigger worlds with bigger budgets.

The artistic references made about my work are inspiring and in good company too! Some of the filmmakers, writers, and artists that have been mentioned are; Lewis Carroll, Salvador Dali, Luis Bunuel, Germaine Dulac, Robert Wiene, Federico Fellini, Fritz Lang, Maya Deren, David Lynch, Rod Serling, Ken Russell, Kenneth Anger, Derek Jarman, Terry Gilliam and Guillermo del Toro.

It’s a pleasure to have my music videos chosen as official selections for film festivals in the US and abroad. It's also an honor to receive awards and positive reviews of my work. My work is featured at entertainment blogs, e-zines, and industry hosted websites. I've had the pleasure of being interviewed for live radio shows and podcasts here in the United States. My published work as a singer/songwriter (ASCAP) is broadcast on live radio stations, streamed globally for podcasts, satellite radio stations, and radio networks from Philadelphia to Ireland, and as far as Indonesia.

I'm a creator of worlds and my original intellectual property "OTHERWORLD" (fantasy-horror, action-thriller series) is garnering attention. To read more about it visit

11:11 Review
Film Radar
“11:11 is a trippy music video directed by Sophia Segal. The video, which deals with a young girl in a fantasy world, features amazing surreal images right out of Lewis Caroll.”
